3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. After a request is submitted, withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing may take longer due to incomplete payment details, data verification delays, or bank holidays.

3.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

k74 reserves the right to set daily or weekly deposit and withdrawal limits. Players will be notified promptly when any limits change.

3.4 Payment Verification

When making transactions, players must use only the payment method registered in their own name. Funds deposited via a third party's payment method may be rejected and the amount returned.

3.5 Money Laundering

Any account found attempting to use the k74 platform for money laundering or to process illegitimate funds will be closed immediately and all related funds will be frozen.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

k74 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to 200,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you 40,000 Ks in your account. The bonus amount of 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. This wagering requirement can be completed by playing football betting, slots, live casino, and Shan Koe Mee. Tie bets or games with indeterminate outcomes do not count toward wagering completion.

4.3 Loss of Bonus Eligibility

If a withdrawal is made from a bonus-active account before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus or any winnings from it may be forfeited. k74 accepts no responsibility for any resulting losses.

4.4 No Bonus Stacking

Bonus funds cannot be used to wager toward another bonus. k74 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time and will notify players in advance.

VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

5.1 VIP Levels

k74 has 3 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up levels based on their playing style and activity.

  • Bronze — earn up to 0.4% cashback every week
  • Silver — earn up to 0.8% cashback every week
  • Gold — earn up to 1.2% cashback every week

Cashback is not paid out weekly on a fixed schedule — it is paid during the period when your play level is being reviewed.

5.2 Cashback Withdrawal

VIP cashback will be added to the player's account as bonus funds, and the relevant wagering requirements must be met before it can be withdrawn.

5.3 VIP Level Maintenance

k74 reserves the right to modify VIP levels, their associated benefits, and cashback rates at any time with prior notice.

Prohibited Activities and Responsible Gaming

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the k74 platform—

  • Money laundering or attempting to process illegitimate funds
